He has overseen more than US $250 million in completed real-estate projects, with a further US $200 million currently underway. His portfolio includes The Milton, a twin-tower condominium in Accra’s Airport Residential area; the IndigoHomes residential portfolio; and two master-planned urban communities in Ghana totaling 4,700 acres, designed to house over 150,000 future residents.

Anthony’s expertise covers advisory, project structuring, cost and value engineering, asset-lifecycle management, and investor relations.
